The product of an Art Residency can be the finished product as you will see below. I believe the real product of a residency is the creation of self-esteem and empowerment that cannot be documented. It is important to reinforce the notion that anything a child dreams can be created.
The Earth Camp Residency (shown above) combined teamwork, problem solving and gardening, metal sculpture and hard work. The students planned the garden, prepared the beds, planted the seeds, created and installed sculptures in a garden.
